In Life Medical ApS we set up contact information in our Outlook mail system on the people we contact via mail. Contact information is only available to employees in Life Medical ApS. The purpose of registration is to be able to contact external partners independent of individuals.
WE REGISTER:
• Name, title, place of work, work email, work phone number, (work) mobile number
In case of a data protection incident, Life Medical employees will identify, assess and consequently process the incident?
Data protection events are any cases that have or could have resulted in accidental or deliberate loss or misuse of personal data (electronic or paper), data destruction or unauthorized access to data (e.g., loss or theft of laptop, smartphone, documents etc.).
If you do not want to be registered in the LM outlook mail system, send an email to info@lifemedical.eu with subject: Contact information. Please state in the text that you do not wish to be registered in Life Medical’s outlook mail system.
